Let
us tell you a little bit about ourselves.
Finca
Vall den Rubi (Rubi valley) is part of the area Baix Ebre just
south in
Catalonia, Spain.
In
2005 we purchased the olive garden with approximately 700
beautiful and ancient olive trees, growing on original terraces.
We were so impressed by the radiance and characteristic shapes of these trees.
We’re
really happy about the fact that anybody is able to be a part of
the plantation by a stay in our Spanish cottage and/or adopting a tree.
That way you’ll be able to
enjoy your own olive oil, as well as keep up this age old
tradition.
